Caricature
WALT: To create a self portrait Caricature
We had to draw ourselves from a photo we took of ourselves on our chromes. Then we had to sketch and went over the pencil with vivid to make the lines thicker. You had to rub out any pencil lines. After that we had to dye it with dye & water.
Tiny Houses
WALT: Tell whether, or not, we would like to live in a tiny house one day.
I would not like to live in a Tiny house because they are too small and I would just want to live in a normal sized house 4 bedroom house.
It would be too cramped, for instance you wouldn't be able to stretch if your bed was on a loft and you had to crouch to get onto your bed.
Te reo Maori
WALT: Learning to pronounce Maori vowel sounds and Maori words correctly.
I have been learning to say my mihi off by heart and I can do it without using the hand actions we were taught. I sometimes sing waiata with the class and I have learned new songs. My next steps would be to practice my pepeha.
